You need a headache team..include an ENT for your ears, and a neourologist to figure out the migraine triggers.

The National Headache Foundation site might be of interest to you as well. I put the link to their excellent website below for you.

Good luck to you.
I get them too. Go see a neurologist. The doctor should ask you about your medical history and should do all sorts of tests. You will probably be put on different medications until you find something that works. If you get chronic migraines, as opposed to occasional migraines, then you will probably be put on some sort of regular medication, and don't be surprised of some of the painkillers don't work right away.

Good luck.
Go see a neurologist. My mum and I both see one b/c we have chronic migranes. They can prescribe medicine and give you suggestions to help you avoid your triggers. I cannot drink caffeine or take any decongestants. Caffeine is a very common trigger, so try avoiding that for a while (like a month or two) and see if it gets any better.
You got to go and see a family doctor. After diagnosing you he will be able to refer to a specialist.
