should i control on my diet is well and is it good doing exercise in heat while u swetting so much?
Answer:
lots of people say that, "im not losing weight because im gaining muscle" because muscle weighs more than fat. Im afraid the ONLY answer to not losing the weight you want to lose is because you are not working hard enough, and/or you are eating more calories than you are losing or working off. remember to drink lots of water.
try running too, not just lifting weights.
You might be bringing your heart rate up too high, causing you to burn sugar rather than fat. If you belong to a gym, see if someone can counsel you on what works best for your body. They can put a heart rate monitor on you and then prescribe a routine for you.
My guess would be that your "bulking up"...

Basically, not doing the "right exercises" to burn the fat, but to "bulk up" and thus your keeping the weigh on you...

To "burn"...you have to take a "little weight", and a lot of repetitions! If your used to taking 50 pounds or 100 pounds bench pressing, use only 20 pounds and do a series of ten per reps...and then to 10-20 reps...(resting in between each set).

Use the minimum amount that you can use, and a large amounts of repetitions, and you will "burn" the fat off eventually...(It may take a bit, to "undo" what you have done already, so, give it 6 months!).

Also, "yes", you "must" control that diet! Eating a lot of calories to compensate for the exercise, means that you are replacing the calories you burned, and are staying even...(even though, you should be toning up somewhat, after two years, unless your eating "excess" calories!).

Keep track of your foods you eat, (write everything down, and find out the equivalent of calories everything has for food that you do put on the list, so you know about how many calories your taking in, then start cutting them down after a bit...

Dont go below 1500 calories if your working out a lot! Your body will go into a "starvation mode" and you wont lose weight that way either!

I wish you well...

Jesse
