I found a pill in my sons room with the imprint on it GG 296?

Can someone tell me what it is or where is might find out what it is.
Answer:
It is called Loratasine---it is an ANTIHISTAMINE much like benedryal in is only 10 Milligrams and it is an over the counter pill... ANYONE can buy them in a grocery store or pharmacy... maybe your son has allergies or THINKS he does and wanted to try to see if these helps. wouldn't hurt to ask him though
Take it to a pharmacist, they can tell you exactly what you have.
take it / to pharmacy / in your area / good luck
It is Loratadine which is a generic of Claritin (an antihistamine).
Generic Name: Loratadine
Strength: 10 mg
Manufacturer: Sandoz
Trade Name: N/A
Type: Antihistamine
Class: OTC
Size (mm): 6 X 3
Comment: Imprint GG296
Generic Claritin - you can search Google, but I'd look it up in a Physician's Desk Reference (PDR) to be sure.
