I fainted while dancing, should i go on?

i have been working on a dance routine, and i have been working foe about 2 and a half hours. if you want to see it, go to youtube, and search for "dream street collections" and it is like a 6 minuet remix of some songs. if you can see the backup dancers, that is what i am dancing. just a while ago, i was dancing, and i just fell, and blacked out for a minute. i know i fainted, because i have fainted before, and it happened the same way just right now. should i keep on dancing, because i really want to, or should i stop for today? will it be safe to keep on?
Answer:
sounds like you have had enough dancing for today
You need to stop and eat something and you should also get this fainting checked out if it happens again. Fainting can be a sign of something wrong.
find out why get a general chex up
There are several causes of fainting (syncope).
1. dehydration
2. tachycardia
3. Parade syncope...long periods of standing with knees locked.
4. and psychogenic cause to name just a few.

If your pulse is under 100 now, its likely safe...but without a medical examination and more history it will be tough to answer.
Drinking too much water is dangerous, and especially if you aren't eating.

If dancing requires you to abuse your body in the name of being skinny and having the physique of a 13 year old boy, then give up dancing, or switch to a dance form that doesn't embrace the anorexic look.
No !
