I am feeling very tense, and very over-heated. I feel like I have a lot of pressure on me to do so many things its overwhelming. Does anybody have any tips that will help me calm myself down.
Answer:
GET OUT OF THE HOUSE! Go do something consructive, like go for a walk, ride a bike, rollerblade, or exercise.
That will make you feel better for a while. Then, take a shower and relax. After that, do something you ENJOY doing--like read, paint, play an instrument, play videogames, hand around with good people and converse.
Or, go do something you wouldn't normally do, like go to a poetry slam, museum, or to some event your local bookstore or library might be hosting.
