I do not use the snooze button, so how do I stop adverts flickering?

I work from home and constantly using email. Every time I send or receive a new email, the adverts come back with movement, giving me nauseous migraines. These adverts are very distracting and I believe harmful.

It is unamerican and illegal to avoid commercials. George Bush and the republicans insisted on lengthening commercial time on television as a punishment for resistance to the Iraq War. Fail to watch them and your high definition quality will be somewhat reduced to teach you a lesson.
